Hey Scott, just wanted to say thanks again for the work you and Derek, and the whole crew did … very happy with the kitchen… it really is a pleasure, both cooking and eating meals, in this new space. When you’re caught up in the renovation everything is seems so chaotic and unsettling, but it at the end, it turned out great, I still can’t believe this is our kitchen … we’re both so happy.

Again, super happy with the way everything came together. Everyone was great, HUGE thank you to Derek especially! Will definitely be recommending you, I’ve already got people all over Facebook asking who did the new kitchen.

Scott and his team were wonderful to work with. Scott took my vision for the space, made suggestions and developed the plan. He co-ordinated plumbing and electrical, framed, and drywalled our basement. He was punctual, accountable, hard working, answered my questions as we went and kept the jobsite in order every time they left for the day.They are true professionals! We are very happy with the results and quality of the work. We would definitely recommend!

I want to thank Neilson Construction for making my sisters home a dream come true. Neilson Construction built an amazing 2 car garage with a loft that has details beyond the original plan. They also did a complete renovation on a 2 season room to a 4 season living space that includes a beautiful sitting area and coffee bar with heated floors, and is now one of their favorite rooms in the home. On the outside of the new 4 season room, they constructed a beautiful fence with shutters to give them privacy over their swim spa. She is so proud. We had family Christmas 2023 at her place. Job well done.

We had Neilson Contracting start by building one of the prettiest fences I’ve ever seen. It is still rock solid years later with no issues.

Next we had them renovate an old screened in porch into a multi-functional and extremely beautiful 4 season room.

Our most recent project for Scott and his crew was to erect a 2-car garage. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the quality of the construction and with the reliability and professionalism. They definitely under promised and over delivered!

Our church, Tecumseh United needed some closets built and we immediately contacted Scott. He was punctual, accurate and knowledgeable. He prepared a quote and told us that although he would love to have our business, he was honest in telling us that with the increased cost of lumber and supplies, it would be more advantageous for us to order pre-fabricated closets.

That is not typical of other contractors who would take the job, regardless of the cost to the customer.
